1. If the trip is canceled by customer within the 6 hours of trip start time, the customer is liable for the full amount assessed. If the cancellation happens within 3 hours additional 20% service fee will be assessed. 2. A “no show” fee is equal to the trip cost plus the 20% service fee. Applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. 3. If you cannot locate your driver or vehicle call toll free at 800-212-1000 to avoid “no show” fee. 4. A 15 minutes grace period is allowed for departures and town-to-town pickups. Once the grace period has elapsed $15 wait time fee will be applied for each 15 minutes increments. 5. For domestic airport arrivals 30 minutes, for international arrivals 60 minutes grace period is allowed the following official reported arrival times. 6. Unscheduled stops en route are charged at a) same town: $10 b) different town in same county: $20 c) different county: $30 or more. If the stops exceeds 15 minutes, additionally wait time will be applied as mentioned above. 7. Fairway Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. 8. Fairway Limousine is not responsible for items or personal belongings left in the vehicle and damaged baggage. 9. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car caused during the duration of the trip by them or any members of their party. 10. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. 11. The driver has the right to terminate trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. 12. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
